What is the Saiber SmartTwin?
Saiber’s SmartTwin is an interactive 2D/3D virtual model of the terminal based on AI, and uses an integrated data bus which includes ready-to-use analytics, optimization and simulation modelling platforms.
Main Features:

- Provides 3D visualization of assets and operations and time-stamped data about their status and direct environment;
- Provides reports or guidance about the optimal route for each truck at the terminal to help reduce the time for the operations by providing accurate location information to the crane operator and the truck driver;
- Monitors and provides real-time status checks of machinery;
- Provides access to all CCTV cameras and live streams from them;
- Has data collection, analytics and AI modules for operations optimization, simulation of processes, services and asset locations
- Helps to reduce human errors and misjudgement
- Improves productivity and efficiency

ARMS Plug
The ARMS Plug is the new standard for automated Plug/Un-plug and data connection of Reefer containers.
ARMS PlugBox and Retrofit
The ARMS plug® system installation will gradually cover all new reefer containers. For current “retrofit” – which will last for about 2-3 years we provide the fast removable “PlugBox®” for convenient attachment on reefer arrival and its removal at departure.

ARMS 1-2-1™
Is a mechatronic arm capable to connect automatically and rapidly one reefer container equipped with ARMS standard Plug. Different systems have been designed to meet the needs of different types of storage.
ARMS 1-2-1_AA
Is a “retrofit” solution designed to be implemented easily, without structural changes and without hindering the passage of operators in already existing reefer racks. It connects automatically and thanks to the angular rotation can overcome obstacles positioned between itself and the reefer.

ARMS 1-2-1_CI or “CART”
A robotic mechatronic arm solution designed to automatically manage the connection of one reefer. It is based on cartesian movement and is designed for applications outside the RACK environment (High Bay
storages, BOXBAY, rail transport, straddle carriers…)
ARMS 12n
It is an automatic trolley capable of managing up to 12 reefers if they are positioned in the machine working
area within the SmartTrack. Combined with SmartTrack it is the solution that allows the most advantageous
access to the automation of reefer management.
